Materials
We use only high-quality, high-vibe natural gemstones. All our metals are 14k gold-filled or sterling silver, although some charms or accent beads may be vermeil and/or rhodium plated. If cared for properly, items should remain looking new.
How to Care for Your Jewelry
Gemstones are both resilient and fragile. Here’s how to best care for your pieces so they last a lifetime.
Put on your jewelry after you have applied lotion, perfume, hairspray, etc.
Do not shower or swim while wearing your jewelry.
Be extra sensitive to certain crystals that dissolve in or be damaged by water, like Selenite and any other crystals ending with “-ite” (Amazonite, Labradorite, Kyanite, Celestite, Fluorite, Lepidolite, etc.)
To physically clean your jewelry, use a soft, clean cloth with no chemicals (like a soft cotton cloth or old t-shirt.). Gold-filled and sterling silver components may be polished with a jewelry cloth provided you do not get the chemicals on the stones themselves.
Otherwise, you should never use chemicals or jewelry cleaners on your pieces as they will damage the stones.
Energetically cleansing your jewelry is best done by resting it on a selenite plate (you can get one from us!).
